Here's the original portable gazebo. The
fabric cover didn't last for one season due to the high winds we
experience around here. |

First, you cut a hole in the patio – (oops,
it’s MORE than 2 feet deep!) - It took more than 1000 lbs. of
cement to fill each post hole. Then you cut another hole, after all,
there are 4 posts… |

Oops! I
forgot about those 4 pipes I installed last year – they had to be
re-routed, and this hole needed 18 bags of cement to fill…. |

Anyway, it took a couple weeks to get all the
pieces and cut, paint, and bolt them up….
Here’s the finished product.

The roof is comprised of
SunTuf corrugated
polycarbonate panels. |

The polycarbonate roofing filters the light
partially without completely blocking it. |
